Analyse - Index List

Compare results over time, across different groups, and see how outcomes vary between different indexes.

Index results are categorised into different ranges, each with an associated colour. This creates a heatmap effect in the index list, making it easy to quickly identify groups with strong or weaker results.

Index Ranges

(87-100) Great
 (69-86) Good
(49-68) Development required within certain areas
(0-48) Essential to prioritise and improve weak areas
No results due to anonymity

📌 Who can view and compare which results?

How to use it

You’ll find the index list via the main menu by clicking My Results > Analyse, then selecting the "Index List" tab (usually selected by default). Here, you can filter results based on various parameters:

  • Compare index results across different groups

  • Compare and track progress between surveys

  • Focus on one or a few indexes at a time

    • This is especially useful when tracking progress within a specific area across multiple surveys or when comparing many groups, as it provides a clear overview.

  • Under "Settings", you can choose to hide groups without individual results for a cleaner list with fewer empty rows.
