What is a user?

A user is someone who interacts with the platform – a respondent who answers surveys, a manager who follows up on results, or an admin who oversees the system.

Depending on their role, users can create content, manage data, access reports, or respond to surveys. Everyone has different levels of access based on their needs and responsibilities.

Think of users as different roles in a team: some manage the system (admins), others lead the team (managers), and some respond to questions and provide feedback (respondents).

There are mainly three types of users:

  • Admins – who can create and manage content, users, and system settings.

  • Managers – who can view results, follow up with teams, and handle tasks within their area of responsibility.

  • Respondents – who answer surveys and participate in activities.
