What does the figures in the Response view mean?

You will find the Response button at the top right of the page under the menu selection Customer survey, which displays more statistics for the surveys you have sent.

Saved = The number of contact details (telephone numbers or e-mail addresses) for respondents you register in Brilliant Navigator. If you have an automatic connection between your system and Brilliant Navigator, this figure corresponds to the number of respondents that Brilliant has received during the period. If you use manual mail-outs, then the figure corresponds to the number of respondents you registered in the system yourself.

Sent = The number of questionnaires Brilliant sent based on the contact details you saved. Differences between these values are due to the fact that several filters and quarantine rules are in place, which affects which surveys are sent out, e.g. whether the details have the right format or not. As manager, you are able to export the statistics directly from Response to Excel, which provides more detailed information about why a respondent does not receive the survey.

Answered = the number of responses that have been received.

Completion rate = The proportion of completed questionnaires from those who had the survey sent to them.
