What does the figures in the Response view mean?
In the Customer Survey menu, you will find the Responses button at the top right of the page. This provides detailed statistics for the surveys you have sent.
Explanation of the statistics:
-
Saved: The number of contact details (phone numbers or email addresses) registered in Brilliant Navigator.
-
If you have an automatic integration between your systems and Brilliant Navigator, this corresponds to the number of respondents Brilliant has received during the period.
-
For manual distributions, this number corresponds to the respondents you have entered into the system yourself.
-
-
Sent: The number of surveys Brilliant has sent based on the saved contact details.
-
The difference between Saved and Sent is due to filters and quarantine rules, for example, if the contact details are in the correct format.
-
As a manager, you can export the statistics directly from Responses to Excel to get more detailed information about why some respondents did not receive the survey.
-
-
Answered: The number of responses received.
-
Completion rate: The percentage of surveys answered in relation to the number of surveys offered.
