Communicating with users and respondents in their native language is always an advantage – it makes participation easier, reduces misinterpretation, and improves understanding of results in the platform.
Account language
Language is usually assigned when users are imported into the platform, but it can also be managed manually by editing individual users in the organisational structure.
Language in the Platform
Users with their own accounts and access to results will see the platform in their assigned language.
When logged in, they can change to any other available language using the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
The list includes all languages activated on the customer account. To activate additional languages, please contact Customer Care.
Language in Surveys
All users have the option to switch the language of a survey, provided that the survey has been translated into multiple languages.
