Part 3 - Preparations
To create conditions for effective and result-oriented work with employee relations, it is advantageous to have a plan for how you will work with this, tailored to your organisation's conditions.
- Survey and Follow-up Strategy - when and how often should you measure, what type of follow-up work, and how does it integrate with your other initiatives and activities in your HR annual cycle.
- Internal project group - who or which individuals should have different roles for administration, communication, coordination of insights, and support in follow-up work?
- Organisational and user data - when, how and who updates the data to be relevant for survey and reporting purposes?
If this is the first time you're conducting a survey in Brilliant's platform and using Brilliant's method, we recommend that you first conduct "Brilliant Employee Survey" to establish a baseline for understanding what you need to focus on in your organization. It will also provide a solid foundation for creating a strategy for measurement and follow-up work, including the direction of surveys, how often you want to follow up on employees' experience, and follow-up activities.
If you need assistance in creating a measurement and follow-up strategy, do not hesitate to contact Customer Care or your contact person at Brilliant to learn more about our support from Brilliant Professional Services.
