Smart Pulse – Follow Up on Insights

Picks up the questions behind each team's latest insights and includes them in a follow-up survey that measures whether the teams have succeeded in improving their results and how the various questions have developed.

Smart Pulse requires that a survey has already been conducted and that there are insights available for follow-up.

After a survey, teams within the organisation gain access to a set of insights related to their results. With the help of AI, the platform identifies, analyses, and summarises the most important findings from the survey into team-specific insights.

What the questions in Smart Pulse have in common

To ensure that the questions in Smart Pulse relate to areas the teams themselves can influence, the survey is based on questions from Brilliant’s question set. Therefore, any custom questions must be added manually to the survey — these will then be posed to all recipients of the survey.

What about small teams without their own results?

If there are no results, there is nothing to follow up on. However, to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in the survey, Smart Pulse can be combined with optional questions, question modules, and indexes. This allows small teams to be included and enables the entire organisation — or parts of it — to receive a summarised result. For example, it is common to combine Smart Pulse with eNPS and/or an engagement index.

The 70% rule

Since the questions posed to each team may differ, a rule is needed to ensure that summarised results and potential conclusions are based on representative results.

Therefore, the results for individual questions are only reported at a summarised level if 70% or more of the teams have received that question.
