How do I get customer comments into the report?

In general, it is not possible to get the comments directly into a Powerpoint report.

(You can copy and paste the text comments manually afterwards.)

In some cases, it is possible to get text comments from an e-mail survey, if you have the additional service "Transcription" activated. It is done via an excel report and with the selection "Raw data".
