Can I escalate a follow-up?

If as the person performing the follow-up, you consider that the issue needs to be taken further by the person with main responsibility, a follow-up can be ”escalated”. It is possible to submit a personal greeting in connection with the escalation, which means that the person with main responsibility knows how to act in order to resolve the matter. The person with main responsibility for the rule then receives an e-mail message with information about the issue together with the personal message.

The person with main responsibility must have a valid e-mail address for the escalation function to work correctly.
