How can I obtain reports on the follow-ups?

All data can be exported to Excel.Each follow-up becomes a line in Excel with associated columns that can be further filtered.

The person with main responsibility accesses all follow-ups for his/her rule.The person performing the follow-up accesses his or her own follow-ups. The rule administrator accesses all follow-ups.

Click on the submenu Reports and perform the filters that you wish. Then click on Show results to view the number of hits. You can now export the results to Excel through the Export button.
