Which permission types are there for the Brilliant Loyalty System?
There are three different roles that can function with Brilliant Loyalty System:
The rule administrator has access to all rules for the account and can edit an existing rule, as well as add new ones. The rule administrator can also view all follow-ups and reports. Brilliant links this authorisation to an active account in Brilliant Navigator.
Each rule can have a person with principal responsibility. The person who has principal responsibility views all follow-ups and receives the follow-ups that cannot be resolved in the first step (escalated issues). The person with principal responsibility can also perform follow-ups and obtain reports from all follow-ups for the rule for which he/she is responsible.
Each rule also has one or a number of persons to perform follow-ups. The persons with this role contact customers and follows up the customers' points of view and can also obtain reports for the follow-ups he/she has personally performed.
