As a manager, can I choose which employees I want to see outcomes for?

Yes, it is possible on several of the images that show results for employee level, e.g. the image "Comparison of several factors per organizational level".

Select Current Level: "Employee", then in the Organizational Structure click on the "+" symbol, and you you will be able to select which employees you want to see results for.
